Sandra Patrick, (Founder of Yoga Club) has experiences in management consulting, fashion marketing, e commerce marketplace, and most recently entrepreneurship. Sandra got her yoga teaching certification while still in corporate, and started teaching full time 5 years ago. Her yoga practice is almost a decade old, studying with experienced teachers and different yoga styles from Power Vinyasa to Kids, Prenatal and Yin restorative yoga. She encourages self-discovery/awareness and offers the practice of yoga & meditation as a way to approach our world with realistic reverence & gratitude. Sandra\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s sessions are a blend of artful alignment and attention cues for strong body, calm mind and open heart.
