Dayo is a professional public speaker, an expert in training and coaching people for peak performance and a community mobilizer. He has a track record of helping organizations expand their network, manage performance and help companies and social entrepreneurs leverage on the power of strong team ethics to maximize impact and productivity.

He founded Matadors Leadership Institute with a mandate to help organizations/corporate bodies as well as businesses achieve better results through an empowered and highly motivated workforce and workplace experience and also raise the next generation of transformational leaders in Africa that are driven by the passion to work collaboratively for change in their organizations and communities.
Currently, the organization has Ideation Clubs in 7 tertiary institutions in Nigeria and Kenya.

He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature-in-English from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and also an alumnus of Staley School of Leadership Studies, Kansas State University and Kansas Leadership Center (KLC).

His experience as a trained leadership trainer and community development practitioner has positioned him to provide consulting services for individuals and groups that are involved in or interested in politics on entry point strategies and developing people-centric programme plan where the focus is on governance to solve social needs against politics to meet personal needs as we currently have it in most parts of the continent of Africa.

He is also the initiator of Impact Story Africa, a platform he uses to profile young people working for change in different parts of the continent.
