Cynthia strongly believes in youth potential and technology for development. Therefore, she founded African Gist, a Belgian based organisation bringing together African young talents and tech entrepreneurs for professional and business development through the use of digital tools.

Founded in 2017, African Gist has empowered over 170+ youths in Belgium, Nigeria, and DRCongo through collaborative training series involving young talents and successful tech entrepreneurs.
Its network of selected international experts in Business Management and digital provides training to entrepreneurs and startups in Africa.

Cynthia has been a speaker at International conferences such as Re:publica Accra, Social Media Week Lagos, Kinshasa Digital Week, Brussels Digital Week, Inspir'Talks,... and represented young tech entrepreneurs at International Institutions like the European Parliament and the African Union.
