We invite you to attend State Of The Period, a panel discussion with local experts who will talk about Responsible Tourism, menstrual hygiene management and what we can do to ensure every woman and girl can manage her menstruation in a hygienic way wherever she is in privacy, safety and with dignity using technology.

The purpose of this session is to move from research to action, and to demonstrate innovative, sustainable and scalable models to address the needs of adolescent girls and women. This discussion will gather Menstrual Hygiene Advocates using Social Media to assist their communities.

During this session Padman Africa will be unveiling Africa s first digital PadBank that focuses on creating a robust self-sustaining system that serves as a bridge to solve the identified problem through the support of donors, volunteers, celebrities and women in need.
