Around the world, the Design Thinking concept has infiltrated most every and all industries, with businesses using design thinking to better meet customer needs while staying competitive.

Prototyping is a process within Design Thinking that businesses use to test, learn and gain customer feedback on a new product or service. The benefits are endless, reducing cost of production, product failure once launched in the market and even marketing costs as businesses produce solutions that are better aligned to customer needs.

Prototyping For Businesses: How To Build Customer-Friendly Products & Services is a hands on practical workshop designed to share the prototyping process and help you understand how prototyping can help you engage with customers like never before.

Attendees will work in groups on prototyping challenges while practicing the process of Build-Test-Learn-Iterate to answer specific questions. Contextual lessons will be embedded with the session to illustrate how prototyping can be adapted to the Nigerian market to test products, services and even marketing communications cost-effectively.

We will share next steps and how-tos for how to implementing the concepts learned in your respective lines of work.
