Ezinne Uzoije is a Digital Marketing and Enterprise Development Consultant with a passion for providing growth solutions for startups and SMEs.

Ezinne has years of experience working in the Luxury, Retail and Tech space.
She has trained over 800 Business Owners on the Facebook Boost Your Business project; a project focused on equipping SMEs with the basics of growing their business using Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.

She has also led the organization of three Global Techstars Startup Weekends in Aba; a global Event where individuals form teams to create Start-ups within 54 hours. This has seen over 400 individuals acquire knowledge of startup basics and about 22 startups emerge.

She functioned as Incubation Manager for Innovation Growth Hub during the 2019 Startup Nigeria program where a total number of 440 startups were incubated and supported nationwide.

Having facilitated trainings on Digital Marketing, Business Development and Startup Incubation for many organizations such as Fate Foundation etc, she is also a Lead Consultant on the SME loop project sponsored by GIZ-SEDIN and NICOP in collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment to train and coach SME's in the Leather and Garment value chain.

Through her work experience, she has acquired great communication, business development, entrepreneurial and leadership skills.

She is a member of Digiclan, ISN Hubs and is currently the Chapter Director for Startup Grind Aba.
