Despite the multitude of new platforms for discovering and consuming content, the live experience remains the most powerful form of the artist to fan interaction. There continues to be an ever-increasing offering of new festivals and live event experiences that seek to create a unique and one-of-a-kind environment for attendees, as well as new social platforms that help attendees immediately share their experience with a global audience, creating the potential for festivals and artists to travel even further outside of the moment.

This panel will bring together a number of promoters and agents behind some of Nigeria s most innovative and successful events and artists to discuss how they create experiences that transcend the typical arena/club show. Speakers will share insights on how promoting and marketing an artist, show or festival continues to evolve from the music to the ticketing to the overall live experience and beyond. We ll also look at important trends and disruptive technologies that amplify the live experience i.e. VR, mobile, interactive, streaming, experiential and more.
