Social, Stylish & Sustainable demystifies the process of running a successful fashion business in this social era. Social media has provided a platform for fashion buyers, fashion sellers, fashion window-shoppers and fashion commentators to connect. As a brand it's important to understand how to make use of social media to market to new and existing customers.

This event anchored by media girl Mimi Onalaja, aims to start a conversation about translating 'likes' to sales in order to grow and run a sustainable fashion business in Nigeria. In a fun and engaging session featuring a panel of seasoned fashion experts- a fashion designer, fashion blogger, fashion buyer and fashion stylist, this event will teach you how to make the most of the many social platforms available to you.

Participants will get the chance to network and learn new tips and tricks from some of the hotshots in the fashion industry in a fun, laid back and engaging environment.

Takeaways:
  • How to identify industry trends and be part of the conversation.
  • Things to know before deciding on what line of fashion to go into.
  • How to take advantage of social commerce (online sales)
  • How to carve a niche for yourself in the expanding fashion industry.
  • How to build valuable relationships in the fashion industry.
  • How to grow your social media following.
