There is a tremendous richness of experience to become aware of as you walk. The body loves movement, and will reward you with pleasure if you pay attention to how it feels! So much of the time we are caught up in our tech-obsessed worlds, thinking about last weeks meeting or next weeks deadlines... Paying attention to the body as you walk will help you to enjoy simply being in the moment.

Walking meditation can be both a formal and informal practice. Walking Meditation provides a different sense of awareness from seating and laying down. You have been walking for so long, now is the time to remind yourself that walking can represent falling forward and moving on.
