Africa has for so many years been negatively portrayed by Western media- plagued by images of a largely unenlightened and uneducated continent. However, in the past decade, there has been a major cultural shift. African talents are winning international awards and making hit collaborations with international superstars while foreign artistes are making Africa (Nigeria in particular) must-stop destinations for performances and tours.

Music, Content & Consumer Experiences Changing The African Narrative is a panel discussion which will explore how the Nigerian entertainment industry is expanding on the global stage while, effectively contributing to positive changing perceptions about Africa's people and cultures.

This session will feature expert panelist who will x-ray how entertainment and consumer experiences have helped shaped the African narrative from a positive perspective.
