Body image, body shaming, social media trolling/cyber-bulling has been reoccurring factors in today's world of social media. The average person has at one time or the other been a victim of body shaming. Why do you look skinny? Why are you so fat? Why are you so curvy? Why aren't you curvy? Where is your summer body? Why is your nose broad? These questions have seeped into our subconscious, making us feel less beautiful or desired and yearn for the desperate need for validation. The dangerous aftermath of this is depression and mental health issues.

How has changing or improving one's style resulted in body image positivity and confidence? How have fashion influencers with different body types inspired their followers to be more confident in themselves? OOTD DISRUPT: THE LOOK is a panel discussion that will challenge these question while sharing stories on how style and body image can impact lives!
